Senior Technical Account Manager drives adoption and value of the Wiz cloud-security platform for strategic customers. Acts as trusted technical advisor across onboarding, deployment, configuration, and operationalization. Manages a book of enterprise customers, coordinates cross-functional teams, advocates customer needs to Product/Engineering, leads executive briefings/QBRs, identifies expansion/renewal opportunities, and mentors TAMs while contributing to TAM process improvements and thought leadership.

Manage and mentor a team of technical support engineers for a SaaS security platform, own escalations, drive onboarding and training, coordinate incident management with product/engineering, build automation using AI tools, and produce customer-facing and internal technical documentation.

The Customer Experience Manager will engage with strategic customers to enhance cloud security practices, drive adoption of Wiz's solutions, and ensure collaboration across teams to achieve successful outcomes.
