Lead and manage bridge design projects (primarily TxDOT), produce structural designs, specifications, cost estimates, and load ratings; mentor engineers and drafters; coordinate disciplines, perform QA checks, develop budgets/schedules, and provide technical guidance for rehabilitation and structure type analyses.

Support aviation engineering projects by managing documentation, schedules, meetings, and deliverables. Maintain project files, track revisions and quality control, prepare reports and presentations, and assist with proposals and workflow documentation. Coordinate across technical teams and use TxDOT Aviation systems and Microsoft Office tools to ensure timely, accurate submittals.

Lead and execute end-to-end ERP data migrations into Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) for acquisitions. Define migration strategy, design and run ETL, data mapping, reconciliation, validation, and cutover. Manage a blended team, ensure data quality and governance, and drive automation and continuous improvement across migration processes.
