The Senior Engagement Manager leads large and complex global Workday deployments, applying Workday’s deployment methodology and resolving complex implementation issues. The role manages customer relationships, executive expectations, issue resolution, and deployment outcomes across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and related enterprise applications. The manager also provides recommendations to improve deployment practices, communicates with senior stakeholders, influences decision-makers, and may travel up to 30%.

Own the technical onboarding and readiness of Wellness Partners—leading API integration onboarding, authentication and test-tenant setup, test-case development, and validation. Build training, documentation, and a partner certification program. Coach partners through deployment phases, provide technical advisory and hands-on tenant configuration when needed, and create playbooks and toolkits to enable repeatable, scalable customer implementations while minimizing time-to-deploy.

Manages strategic relationships with enterprise managed service providers across North America. Develops partner business plans, drives practice growth, creates go-to-market strategies, identifies innovation opportunities, generates sourced demand, and supports subscription revenue growth. Oversees delivery quality, escalations, performance targets, account mapping, and partner pipeline development while collaborating with sales, services, and partner leadership teams.

Deliver micro-consulting to Workday customers focused on Spend and Financials: troubleshoot configuration, demonstrate features, drive adoption, perform tenant reviews, deliver presentations, and maintain Workday product expertise and certifications.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise AI engagements from deployment through long-term adoption. Advise C-suite leaders on AI strategy, transformation roadmaps, and change management; lead concurrent implementations within budget and timeline; manage risks, resources, and cross-functional coordination; and resolve issues affecting scope or delivery. The role also supports executive steering committees, quarterly business reviews, sales proposals, customer retention, expanded engagements, and mentoring of Professional Services team members.

Lead and deliver Workday HCM implementations: gather requirements, configure modules, build prototypes, support testing and data conversion, assist integrations, mentor consultants, and ensure customers adopt Workday solutions.

Drive net-new and expansion sales for Workday Adaptive Planning. Develop account strategies, build relationships with enterprise prospects, customers, and partners, manage opportunities, connect customer needs to planning solutions, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data. The role requires selling cloud-based planning applications to C-level stakeholders, particularly within educational systems, managing complex sales cycles, generating leads, and demonstrating business outcomes.

Architect and co-innovate agentic AI solutions with strategic System Integrators and Frontier AI Model Providers. Lead pilot-to-production prototypes, design secure, production-ready AI agents and integrations across multi-cloud environments, advise CXOs on measurable AI outcomes, ensure compliance and data governance, and feed partner/customer insights back into product roadmaps. Travel up to 40%.

Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integration solutions for State & Local Government customers. Manage integration workstreams, run discovery and knowledge-transfer sessions, ensure delivery milestones, and support post-production success while participating in process improvement.

Lead and manage reporting workstreams for Workday implementations: gather requirements, design and develop reports and Prism analytics, test solutions, conduct knowledge transfer, and support deployments while driving process improvements and customer success.
