Design success plans, lead strategic engagements, use usage data to measure outcomes, collaborate cross-functionally, deliver executive briefings, and scale repeatable Specialized CS motions to improve retention and advocacy.

Lead and deliver Workday HCM implementations: gather requirements, configure modules, build prototypes, support testing and data conversion, assist integrations, mentor consultants, and ensure customers adopt Workday solutions.
