Leads agency projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with client requirements. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and team workloads while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires mentoring staff, handling multiple client projects, preventing scope creep, making independent decisions, and maintaining strong client and team communication, particularly across healthcare marketing, medical communications, live meetings, and digital campaigns.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, utilization analysis, profitability reviews, executive and Board reporting, private equity sponsor reporting, and operational performance management. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business leaders to explain results, identify margin and productivity opportunities, improve reporting processes, and support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, financing, and systems implementations.

Supports healthcare strategy and innovation consulting projects through industry research, insight development, presentation and deliverable creation, workshop facilitation, project execution, and stakeholder relationship management. The role analyzes complex qualitative and quantitative information, develops recommendations, supports client engagements, and contributes to internal initiatives. Requires strong communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills, with travel anticipated up to 15%.
