Administer and optimize NetSuite and related financial systems, supporting configurations, integrations, permissions, troubleshooting, reporting, controls, and performance. Provides tier-two in-office IT support for Austin employees and remote first-line infrastructure support. Manages MacBooks, macOS, Jamf device management, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom. Handles user access, onboarding and offboarding, hardware provisioning, asset inventory, troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and SLA adherence while collaborating with infrastructure and security teams.

Supports internal communications for Product, Engineering, and corporate teams. Responsibilities include coordinating town halls and internal meetings, gathering stakeholder information, creating presentations, supporting meeting technology, writing newsletters and employee communications, developing internal stories and web content, and assisting with communications initiatives. The role requires strong writing, editing, storytelling, organization, collaboration, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies and communication platforms.

Lead and coach WP Engine’s North America SDR team, expanding inbound sales into a balanced inbound and outbound motion. The role owns team performance, prospecting strategy, funnel metrics, pipeline creation, hiring, onboarding, and talent development. It partners with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement while using Salesforce, sales engagement tools, automation, and AI to improve productivity, messaging, qualification, and coaching.

Execute outbound prospecting to source net-new business: research accounts, engage technical and executive stakeholders, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings, document seller handoffs, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement while using sales and AI tools to refine outreach and messaging.

Leads, coaches, and develops a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for retention, renewals, customer health, and revenue growth. Oversees performance management, success playbook adherence, risk mitigation, escalations, forecasting, CRM data integrity, and operational improvements. Partners with leadership and product teams to synthesize customer feedback, improve the customer journey, support complex renewals, and achieve GRR and NRR targets.
