Administer and optimize NetSuite and related financial systems, supporting configurations, integrations, permissions, troubleshooting, reporting, controls, and performance. Serves as a strategic HR partner to Marketing and global corporate functions, advising executives on talent, organizational design, change management, leadership coaching, employee relations, compensation, performance, development, and workforce planning. Champions employee experience and company culture while partnering with HR centers of excellence to strengthen people programs and organizational effectiveness.

Provides tier-two in-office IT support for Austin employees and remote first-line infrastructure support. Manages MacBooks, macOS, Jamf device management, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom. Handles user access, onboarding and offboarding, hardware provisioning, asset inventory, troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and SLA adherence while collaborating with infrastructure and security teams.
