Manage a portfolio of client affiliate programs: develop and execute growth strategies, recruit and onboard partners, negotiate placements, optimize performance via analysis and reporting, coordinate with networks and clients, provide forecasting and strategic recommendations, and leverage AI tools to surface insights.

Lead revenue operations analytics, forecasting, and scalable programs. Build dashboards, KPI frameworks, and forecasting models; partner with Revenue, Finance, and Operations to improve accuracy, drive planning, and deliver cross-functional process and systems improvements for executive stakeholders.

Individual contributor who defines and executes revenue enablement strategy, builds onboarding and continuous learning programs, develops sales methodologies and playbooks, partners with Revenue Operations and cross-functional leaders, measures enablement impact, and drives adoption and change to improve sales performance, retention, and client outcomes.
