Own WRITER’s end-to-end email and lifecycle marketing program, including audience segmentation, personalized nurture journeys, triggered campaigns, experimentation, reporting, and optimization in HubSpot. Partner with demand generation, ABM, content, product marketing, and sales to support enterprise buying journeys and pipeline growth. Establish measurement frameworks linking lifecycle activity to engagement, pipeline, and revenue, while exploring AI-driven personalization and audience strategy.

Leads AI transformation initiatives for Fortune 50–100 customers, partnering with executives to define AI adoption strategies, realize measurable ROI, and quantify P&L impact. Manages strategic customer portfolios, cross-functional programs, escalations, and executive relationships. Identifies expansion opportunities with sales and develops repeatable transformation frameworks, decks, and communications. Requires extensive strategic account management or transformation consulting experience, strong change-management expertise, executive communication skills, and a background in management consulting or strategy advisory.

Leads AI transformation initiatives for Fortune 50–100 customers, partnering with executives to define adoption strategies, deliver measurable ROI and P&L impact, and guide organizations toward AI-first operating models. Manages customer portfolios, executive relationships, cross-functional programs, escalations, risk mitigation, and expansion opportunities. Develops transformation frameworks, communications, and best practices while influencing the company’s product roadmap.

Own and evolve WRITER’s design system across design and engineering. Build production-quality React components, primitives, interactions, and AI-agent-ready UI patterns; maintain synchronized Figma, documentation, and Storybook libraries; improve accessibility and frontend craft; drive design-system adoption; and shape design-to-code workflows across the organization.

Negotiate SaaS licensing, partnership, data processing, supplier, and other commercial agreements. Develop contract templates and negotiation playbooks, improve sales contracting processes, create scalable legal operations, and advise and train go-to-market teams. Partner closely with sales, procurement, and internal stakeholders while addressing privacy, intellectual property, AI, and enterprise contracting issues.

Drive net-new enterprise revenue for WRITER’s AI agent platform by managing the full sales cycle, prospecting strategic accounts, leading executive discussions, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts. The role requires consultative SaaS selling, strategic account ownership, cross-functional collaboration, product expertise, and support for successful customer deployments.

Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases, validate feasibility, and implement tailored solutions using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph. Architect applications, templates, and integrations; explain AI capabilities to technical and executive audiences; collaborate with Product and Engineering; develop scalable integration processes and documentation; and drive customer adoption, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.
