Leads enterprise AI, data, application, and product strategy; oversees AI adoption, governance, architecture, software development, enterprise applications, and data strategy. Provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership for a municipal engineering practice. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, financial performance, workforce planning, client relationships, infrastructure programs, budgets, contracts, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and business development. Leads municipal capital improvement projects, supports staffing and resource allocation, mentors employees, manages performance, and advises municipal clients and agencies. The role requires civil engineering expertise, professional engineer registration, substantial municipal engineering experience, and strong client leadership.

Lead multi-discipline municipal engineering projects from proposal to closeout, manage teams and budgets, coordinate client and public meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, oversee contracts, pursue funding, and support business development to deliver municipal CIP programs and client-focused results.

Perform traffic analysis and simulation using industry tools, design traffic plans in Bentley/AutoCAD, conduct safety analyses, review traffic data, compile information, and prepare technical reports while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Lead traffic engineering project delivery including design of traffic projects and traffic elements, prepare reports and memos, ensure QA/QC, pursue business development, research emerging technologies, and incorporate sustainable practices. Prepare and review traffic design and construction documents, conduct traffic forecasting and microsimulation (VISSIM/CORSIM), perform safety analyses and technical memorandums, supervise engineers and technicians, support business development and proposals, and research emerging traffic technologies.
