Lead multi-discipline municipal engineering projects from proposal to closeout, manage teams and budgets, coordinate client and public meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, oversee contracts, pursue funding, and support business development to deliver municipal CIP programs and client-focused results.

Support planning, design, and execution of natural gas distributed generation, pipeline, and utility projects. Prepare construction plan sets, perform hydraulic modeling and stress analysis, ensure code compliance (CFR 192, ASME B31.4, NFPA), QA/QC drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support installation and commissioning, and manage project documentation and schedules.
