Leads enterprise AI, data, application, and product strategy; oversees AI adoption, governance, architecture, software development, enterprise applications, and data strategy. Partners with executives to prioritize technology investments, deliver measurable business outcomes, establish standards, manage portfolios, and guide organizational change. Leads teams through coaching, hiring, budgeting, performance management, and workforce planning.

Supports PMO project delivery through performance analysis, reporting, project setup, governance, forecasting, and process improvement. Partners with project managers and leadership to review KPIs, financial performance, risks, budgets, resources, and project data. Develops dashboards and presentations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint; maintains project systems, documentation, templates, and training materials; and drives improvements to PMO workflows and reporting processes.

Leads regional right-of-way operations across utility, renewable energy, and transportation projects. Oversees project portfolios, budgets, schedules, compliance, consultants, acquisitions, relocations, and negotiations. Manages client relationships, business development, staffing, resource allocation, training, and performance. Ensures adherence to the Uniform Relocation Act and applicable regulations while expanding the Texas Right of Way Group and maintaining delivery quality, utilization, revenue, and growth objectives.
