The Staff Platform Engineer will lead the design and operation of ad-serving platforms, ensure reliability, and mentor teams while implementing automation and observability practices.

Manage end-to-end CTV programmatic activation and platform operations across SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and proprietary systems. Configure and launch Open Market, PMP, and PG deals; monitor pacing, troubleshoot delivery, optimize yield, and support partner onboarding. Provide technical support to Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to improve monetization and platform performance.

Design, evolve, and maintain large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and monitoring. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, implement CI/CD and Airflow orchestration, ensure security/RBAC and scalability, and improve BI dashboards and data governance.
