Provide legal support and lead negotiation and structuring of large-scale infrastructure, real estate, power, procurement, construction, and financing transactions for hyperscale datacenter projects. Manage power contracts (PPAs, interconnections, ERCOT), permitting, easements, leasing, and project finance; coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and outside counsel; streamline processes and close deals on aggressive timelines.

Design, implement, and mature enterprise IAM across on‑prem, cloud, and SaaS. Lead federation (SAML/OIDC/OAuth/SCIM), identity lifecycle, RBAC/PAM/JIT initiatives, automation (Terraform, scripting), and cloud IAM (AWS/GCP). Act as IAM SME, mentor engineers, support audits/compliance, and participate in on‑call incident response.

Own technical success of large-scale GPU/CPU cluster deployments: lead implementation, integration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, verification testing, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination to meet SOW/SLA requirements.

The Document Control Specialist will manage technical documentation for engineering and construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while improving document control systems and workflows.
