Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities using CVSS, vector strings, MITRE ATT&CK, reachability, and impact assessments. Develop Python automation for security data from CSV, Excel, JSON, and REST APIs. Create dashboards and reporting solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to improve security posture, and support vulnerability mitigation. Preferred experience includes Elastic/OpenSearch, Kibana/Grafana, cloud platforms, security automation playbooks, and agentic vulnerability-management workflows.

Corporate Counsel will lead and support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, partnerships, and other strategic transactions. Responsibilities include diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, post-closing integration, corporate governance, subsidiary management, entity compliance, and advising internal teams on complex corporate matters. The role is fully onsite and requires collaboration across corporate development, finance, operations, and engineering.

Negotiate and manage complex enterprise technology agreements, strategic partnerships, hyperscaler deals, vendor contracts, and AI product transactions. Partner with Sales, Business Development, Finance, Product, and Legal teams to develop commercial strategies, mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and streamline contracting operations. The role requires practical legal judgment, strong transaction experience, adaptability, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced AI company.
