Define VAST, HTML, MRAID, and OpenRTB Native requirements; create Figma prototypes and engineering-ready specifications; establish creative standards and QA rules; run A/B tests; analyze engagement and monetization metrics; prioritize the roadmap; and apply AI to creative generation, adaptation, localization, and workflow efficiency.

Build and operate production Web3 products across backend, frontend, and smart contracts. Develop Go and TypeScript services, React dApps, SDKs, tokenization infrastructure, smart-wallet integrations, and blockchain event processing. Own on-chain/off-chain architecture, security, testing, observability, deployments, and on-call operations. Review code and configure AI-assisted engineering tools for the repository.

Manage gaming publisher accounts from onboarding through launch, expand monetization partnerships, and drive revenue growth through Xsolla’s Offerwall. Diagnose integration issues and performance anomalies using data, coordinate cross-functional resolutions, and deliver optimization strategies.
