Support GTM strategy through Salesforce data governance, reporting, and process optimization. Build dashboards, analyze sales/revenue metrics, manage commission reporting, train teams on CRM processes, and support strategic initiatives and executive reporting.

Serve as a customer-facing technical advisor in presales: run tailored demos, proof-of-value engagements, technical discovery, RFP/RFI responses, maintain demo environments, collaborate with Sales and Product teams, and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation and Customer Success.
