Provide hands-on executive support to Strategic Account Executives: manage calendars across AMER time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, process expenses, prepare meeting materials, maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene, and liaise with Marketing, Legal, and Finance to keep the sales team focused on revenue.

Lead commercial and cost performance across major construction programmes, define commercial standards, partner with data scientists to generate cost insights, manage forecasting/EVM and reporting, present to stakeholders, identify commercial risks/opportunities, and help evolve the commercial product offering.

Perform on-site layout, quality inspections and progress reporting using the Atom AR headset. Set control points with a total station, review and process survey data, obtain and export approved Revit models into HoloSite, produce inspection reports, coordinate with contractors and report to Field Operations Manager.
