Own end-to-end recruitment for the US commercial organization, focusing on Account Executives, strategic sales, and enterprise sales talent. Proactively source passive candidates through headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and competitor intelligence. Partner with the CRO and senior leaders to define hiring profiles, assess talent markets, advise on compensation, and build future pipelines. Manage candidate experience through closing while using recruitment data to track progress, risks, and opportunities.

Lead BIM and VDC standards, workflows, model integration, automation, and quality control across construction projects. Manage BIM data exports into the project controls platform, analyze model metadata for progress and quality insights, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and designers. Oversee multiple project deliverables, lead and mentor the BIM/VDC team, improve workflow efficiency, and support the integration of AR technology into project delivery.

Perform on-site layout, quality inspections and progress reporting using the Atom AR headset. Set control points with a total station, review and process survey data, obtain and export approved Revit models into HoloSite, produce inspection reports, coordinate with contractors and report to Field Operations Manager.
