Teams at Yendo

The Senior Product Designer leads end-to-end design for digital products, focusing on user experience, interaction design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include creating prototypes, conducting user research, mentoring junior designers, and evolving the design system while leveraging AI in product development.

Own and scale Yendo's affiliate and partner channel: set strategy and KPIs, recruit and activate high-ROI partners, run partner ops (IOs, tracking, invoicing), manage Impact platform, build onboarding and compliance playbooks, optimize channel P&L with data-driven attribution and A/B tests, and coordinate cross-functional resources to grow revenue and improve unit economics.

Lead product for internal AI and ops automation platforms across credit card operations, fraud, banking, collections, and engineering productivity. Own vision, roadmap, and KPIs; use LLMs to automate workflows end-to-end; conduct user research with ops and cardholders; and drive cross-functional delivery to lower cost-to-serve while improving customer and ops experience.
