Develop and execute supply plans across product categories, balancing product availability, inventory, service levels, capacity, and cost. The role manages purchase orders, supplier execution, inventory balancing, supply risks, launches, and contingency planning. It analyzes forecasts, inventory trends, fulfillment metrics, and exceptions while supporting dashboards, reporting, process improvements, and SIOP reviews. The planner collaborates with demand planning, sourcing, logistics, procurement, suppliers, and commercial teams.

Associate Product Manager for YETI’s Soft Cooler team, responsible for supporting category strategy, product roadmaps, lifecycle management, consumer research, pricing, forecasting, profitability analysis, product data, and go-to-market execution. The role coordinates with Marketing, Sales, Legal, Creative, Program Management, and Supply Chain to launch high-quality physical products on schedule and within budget.

Supports mechanical product development and sustainment from concept through production. Creates CAD models and engineering drawings, coordinates prototypes and testing, evaluates manufacturability and performance, performs root cause analysis, and collaborates with design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers. Applies product development tools including DFMEA, PFMEA, and PPAP while contributing to continuous engineering process improvement.
