Serve as strategic HR advisor to Americas Commercial leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational design, large-scale change initiatives, and leadership development to build scalable, high-performance teams and succession pipelines.

Manage vendor accounts and end-to-end AP processes including invoice processing, approvals, payments, SAP reporting (GRIR, MRBR), issue resolution, cash application, Concur expense administration, month-end close support, compliance/1099 tasks, training AP staff, and driving process improvements.

Drive soft-goods product development from concept through production readiness. Collaborate with design, materials, category, quality, and factory partners to produce tech packs, troubleshoot construction and materials, manage sampling, testing, and ensure design intent and manufacturability.
