Run and maintain Zapier's incident program operations: manage incident tooling and on-call systems, build AI-powered automations and dashboards, maintain runbooks and enablement, operate reporting and observability, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to keep incident response reliable and scalable.

Lead Zapier's Enterprise engineering organization responsible for identity, access, audit, admin tooling, and AI/agent governance. Define strategy and technical roadmap, ensure reliability of Tier-1 services, partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, shape AI-native engineering practices, build and develop managers and ICs, and oversee cross-org initiatives and incident leadership.

Lead R&D FP&A: own forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cloud (AWS) cost modeling; evaluate AI investments; build decision-ready models; support executive and board reporting; improve forecasting, tooling, and data quality.
