Lead design, validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes with Tier 1 suppliers. Owns product lifecycle management, market analysis, customer feedback, product roadmaps, NPI processes, launches, and revenue initiatives. Uses Generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, and AI agents to improve research, backlog prioritization, documentation, and competitive intelligence. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, mentors junior employees, supports distribution strategy, delivers product training, and oversees new product development. The role is remote within the United States and requires 8+ years of experience.

Drive new-business sales and market penetration for Zebra’s Workcloud software solutions across strategic accounts and territories. Build qualified pipelines, lead solution development and negotiations, close multi-year cloud contracts, engage C-level decision-makers, and coordinate internal sales, consulting, marketing, partner, and customer-success teams. The role requires enterprise SaaS selling expertise, strategic value selling, quota attainment, and approximately 50% travel, ideally in the Western United States.
