Own HubSpot as the revenue CRM system, including workflows, data quality, integrations, permissions, sequences, automations, and intake operations. Diagnose root causes, build audits and alerts, support lead and list operations, and partner with AI and Data teams on reliable CRM structures for AI-driven go-to-market automations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Own enterprise demand generation and pipeline growth from target-account definition through sales-accepted opportunities. Build account-based campaigns, lead scoring, routing, integrated paid, web, email, and event programs, and collaborate closely with sales. Direct contractors and agencies while measuring spend, cost per opportunity, pipeline contribution, and campaign attribution. This is an individual contributor role with potential to build a team.

The Applied AI Engineer will build and maintain AI agents, manage integrations and monitor performance, ensuring quality and continuous improvement of AI tools at Zello.

Own customer and vendor contracting from intake through signature, including reviewing and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, amendments, and security exhibits. Build contract playbooks, templates, fallback positions, and escalation processes. Manage vendor due diligence and renewals, data subject requests, subpoenas, compliance tools, policy lifecycles, and access reviews. Use AI to improve contract review and obligation tracking while coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and counsel.

Run and analyze product experiments, define product metrics and telemetry for web and mobile, build funnel/retention/cohort analyses using SQL and Python on Snowflake, maintain Omni dashboards, create AI-agent workflows to automate routine analysis, and translate findings into clear product recommendations alongside PMs, designers, and engineers.

Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and collaborate with teams for enterprise solutions at Zello.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets in enterprise accounts across various industries.
