Own and grow Zello’s organic social presence across major platforms. Responsibilities include developing content calendars, creating and editing short-form videos, managing influencer partnerships, analyzing performance metrics, supporting product launches and events, and translating technical concepts into engaging stories. The role collaborates across product, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to strengthen brand awareness, thought leadership, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

Lead the strategy and execution of unifying Zello’s consumer and enterprise products. Manage ambiguous, cross-product initiatives across Android, iOS, web, and backend platforms; partner with design, engineering, data, customers, and executives; prioritize high-impact opportunities; and coach other product managers while advancing AI-enabled product practices.

Build and operate application and cloud security automation, including vulnerability triage pipelines, AI-assisted security review, Google Cloud hardening, CI/CD scanning, and software supply chain controls. Review authorization, identity, and tenancy designs; coordinate remediation across engineering teams; handle security findings, incidents, access questions, and assessments; and create runbooks that standardize security processes.
