Hunt and close new SMB customers using AI-driven insights and traditional sales tactics. Manage full sales cycles, build ROI-backed proposals, collaborate with Solutions Engineers, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and drive renewals, upsells, and territory plans while meeting revenue targets.

Lead end-to-end analytics for engineering and product: develop SQL and dbt models, build self-service dashboards, define and standardize metrics (DORA, cycle time), run investigations into productivity, AI adoption, reliability and cost, implement data quality tests, integrate third-party data into Snowflake, and produce documentation for stakeholders through VP level.
