Supports Zipline’s community engagement team by helping plan events, workshops, and virtual meetups; creating newsletter and social media content; responding to community inquiries; researching community needs; tracking engagement metrics; compiling reports; and providing administrative support. The role requires strong communication, community-building interest, digital engagement experience, frequent local travel, and independent transportation.

Lead end-to-end local and launch communications for new markets and sites: media and influencer outreach, messaging and content development, visual storytelling, events support, issue monitoring, cross-functional counsel, and spokesperson duties.

Lead end-to-end project management for community engagement and market-launch programs: plan and run events, demos, and activations; create stakeholder communications and materials; coordinate cross-functional teams; track attendance, engagement, and follow-ups; and build repeatable processes to support market readiness.

Lead market strategy and performance for Austin: develop integrated marketing plans, prioritize local growth opportunities, coordinate cross-functional execution, measure success metrics, and surface customer insights to drive awareness, acquisition, referrals, merchant launches, and overall market growth.

Support community engagement by planning and executing events, producing content for newsletters and social media, responding to community inquiries, researching needs and trends, tracking engagement metrics, and providing administrative support to strengthen local partnerships and outreach.

Supervise day-to-day fulfillment operations across 3–5 Austin-area sites: lead frontline operators, manage staffing/schedules and labor budget, ensure safety and order accuracy, monitor performance metrics, drive process improvements, coordinate cross-functionally, and respond to operational issues.

Own relationships with Austin restaurant and retail partners to launch and expand Zipline service. Coordinate cross-functionally to solve operational challenges, gather customer insights, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and advocate for product improvements. Build trusted local partnerships and drive continuous improvement to grow partner business on the platform.
