Support community engagement by planning and promoting events, creating content for newsletters and social media, responding to inquiries, researching community needs, tracking engagement metrics, compiling reports, and providing administrative support. Role requires frequent local travel to operational sites and partner locations.

Lead end-to-end site acquisition across Central US: source and qualify sites, run high-volume outreach, negotiate LOIs through definitive agreements, manage diligence (zoning, utilities, title), maintain CRM pipeline (Salesforce), forecast and report, improve playbooks, and manage post-signature site-host relationships. Partner with Legal, Real Estate Development, Engineering, Finance, and Operations. Role includes up to 20% domestic travel.

The Communications Manager will manage all local and launch communications, build community relationships, and develop strategic content while monitoring media coverage and issues.

The Strategic Partner Manager will collaborate with partners in Austin to launch and expand services, build relationships, gather insights, and advocate for customer needs.

Identify and qualify prospective sites across Texas, build pipelines via high-volume outreach, engage property owners and brokers, gather site feasibility data, support site visits and negotiations, maintain CRM and accurate pipeline data, and advance opportunities toward signed agreements while taking ownership of outreach and metrics.

Lead local government engagement to enable Zipline launches and operations: build relationships with city and state officials, monitor local policy, coordinate site visits and events, collaborate cross-functionally on permitting and land use, manage outreach and advocacy, and represent the company at public meetings and industry events.

Manage state-level government relations, public policy functions, and advocacy for Zipline, overseeing lobbyists and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
