Ensure manufactured home and chattel lending operations comply with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory updates, coordinating compliance projects, researching requirements, developing policies and procedures, supporting audits and regulatory exams, maintaining licenses, and submitting NMLS Mortgage Call Reports. The role requires mortgage lending or servicing compliance experience, strong analytical and organizational abilities, project management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Leads pre-close and post-close mortgage quality assurance programs, managing QA staff, workloads, calibrations, findings, disputes, escalations, and audit-ready documentation. Applies lending policies, regulations, and investor requirements to complex loan files; analyzes trends and root causes; collaborates with origination, underwriting, compliance, risk, and technology teams; and drives process, training, and control improvements.

Own and scale Zippy’s wholesale and broker revenue channels by setting growth strategy, managing channel performance, expanding markets, developing partner acquisition and activation playbooks, and optimizing revenue. Establish metrics, reporting, operating cadence, and accountability systems; guide resource allocation; oversee partner ecosystem health; and align Growth, Product, Originations, Capital Markets, and executives around scalable execution and risk management.
