Own and scale Zippy’s wholesale and broker revenue channels by setting growth strategy, managing channel performance, expanding markets, developing partner acquisition and activation playbooks, and optimizing revenue. Establish metrics, reporting, operating cadence, and accountability systems; guide resource allocation; oversee partner ecosystem health; and align Growth, Product, Originations, Capital Markets, and executives around scalable execution and risk management.

The Senior Software Engineer II will lead projects, define testing strategies, mentor engineers, and improve system reliability at Zippy.

Own revenue and market share for an assigned portfolio by growing applications, funded loans, and average loan size. Build and manage client relationships, enable partners operationally, diagnose performance gaps, execute strategic account plans, track KPIs in Salesforce, and drive cross-functional initiatives to remove barriers to growth.
