Provide first-line technical support for complex security and networking issues, including troubleshooting SSL, SAML, HTTP, TCP/IP, connectivity, and performance problems. Partner with Engineering, document resolutions, manage enterprise escalations, contribute product feedback, develop training, and mentor support engineers. The role requires expertise in web security, network infrastructure, security proxies, VPNs, firewalls, DLP, SD-WAN, and related technologies, along with U.S. citizenship.

Build and expand strategic relationships with SLED technology partners, create joint go-to-market activities and sales pipeline, develop regional campaigns, deliver partner enablement, influence partner sales strategies, map decision-makers, support technical practices, and manage alliance selection, performance, compliance, and contractual obligations. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales and channel alliances experience, quota achievement, AI/ML familiarity, and travel.

Partner with sales teams to win strategic data security opportunities. Present technical solutions, gather customer requirements, lead product evaluations, configure solutions, and design evaluation test plans. The role requires extensive pre-sales experience, security and networking expertise, data protection and web technology knowledge, and collaboration across matrixed go-to-market and partner teams.
