Advise existing enterprise customers on optimizing Zuora’s Quote-to-Revenue platform. Develop strategic roadmaps, lead workshops, review configurations and integrations, and recommend scalable improvements that increase operational efficiency, performance, ROI, and long-term customer value. The role requires deep expertise in Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ, ERP integrations, REST APIs, ETL patterns, revenue management, and enterprise solution architecture.

Drive go-to-market reporting, business intelligence, forecasting, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis. The role standardizes forecasting processes, maintains analytical documentation, automates reporting and data pipelines using AI-assisted tools, and delivers actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and executive stakeholders.

Advise customers on revenue recognition automation, lead discovery sessions, design tailored quote-to-cash solutions, deliver demos and executive presentations, support sales to win deals, drive adoption, and inform product strategy. Occasional travel within sales territory.

Support Account Executives in pre-sales: deliver technical demos, craft AI-centric end-to-end use cases, secure technical wins, respond to RFIs/RFPs, inform product roadmap, and ensure customers realize value across the quote-to-cash cycle.

Partner with Account Executives as the payments subject-matter expert to assess customers' payment architecture, design multi-provider payment solutions, deliver technical demos and workshops, advise on payment optimization and resilience, support RFPs and POCs, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale payment solutions and influence product capabilities.

Lead GTM and revenue for Zuora Payments, build and run overlay sales motions, launch agentic payment and orchestration plays, manage partner ecosystems, drive adoption and KPIs, partner with Product on roadmap, and use AI agents to scale and document repeatable sales plays.
