Partner with engineering on complex platform capabilities including chat, knowledge bases, connectors, workflows, and documents. Define requirements, conduct technical research, establish metrics, prioritize requests, unblock delivery, and drive operational rigor across multi-team workstreams.

Develop AI-driven mobile game prototypes and reinvent art production pipelines. Build tools and automation, integrate 2D, 3D, animation, and UI assets, optimize workflows for mobile, collaborate across art and programming teams, and document best practices. The role requires technical artist experience, AI-assisted development, Unity or web prototyping, scripting, and strong understanding of game asset pipelines.

Designs and leads scalable AI systems, full-stack applications, cloud infrastructure, LLM-powered services, and agentic workflows across Zynga’s game studios. Owns architecture strategy, evaluates AI platforms, establishes engineering standards, drives reliability and quality practices, collaborates with stakeholders, manages technical risk, and mentors engineers. Requires strong Python, cloud, Kubernetes, database, algorithms, and AI/ML integration expertise.

Analyze player behavior, product performance, revenue, retention, and engagement for Zynga Poker. Design experiments, dashboards, ETL pipelines, telemetry, fraud models, and business intelligence solutions. Partner with product, game design, economy, and consumer insights teams to guide decisions and improve player experiences. Contribute to AI-enabled analytics workflows, game integrity initiatives, and analytics best practices.

Coordinates contract and vendor management workflows, including renewals, purchase order requests, approvals, compliance documentation, contract repositories, and database maintenance. Prepares program updates, reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications while supporting risk mitigation, usage-data accuracy, procurement processes, and ad hoc business operations initiatives. Collaborates cross-functionally with IT and other partner teams and tracks contract lifecycle milestones through completion.

Lead design for mobile native apps and mobile web commerce experiences, from discovery through prototyping and post-launch iteration. Audit commerce flows, collaborate with product and engineering, use research and analytics to inform decisions, build interactive prototypes, and maintain a scalable Figma-based design system while mentoring junior designers and championing UX excellence.

Design and validate end-to-end UX/UI for Zynga Poker: create flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI layouts and animations; conduct user testing and heuristics/market research; collaborate with art, technical artists, and engineers to ensure designs work in the game engine; set UX standards and lead design reviews across the company.

The role involves leading financial analysis for technology spend, designing data models, developing visualizations, and ensuring data quality, while collaborating with internal stakeholders across the company.
