Designs and implements live-ops events and content for a mobile game, including balancing systems, analyzing player feedback and metrics, improving design tools, and collaborating across disciplines. Creates new event types, prototypes features, writes design documentation and user stories, leads brainstorming, and advocates for player-focused design. The role requires strong game systems, content, narrative, math, balancing, pacing, and mobile gaming expertise.

Analyze player behavior, product performance, revenue, retention, and engagement for Zynga Poker. Design experiments, dashboards, ETL pipelines, telemetry, fraud models, and business intelligence solutions. Partner with product, game design, economy, and consumer insights teams to guide decisions and improve player experiences. Contribute to AI-enabled analytics workflows, game integrity initiatives, and analytics best practices.

Coordinates contract and vendor management workflows, including renewals, purchase order requests, approvals, compliance documentation, contract repositories, and database maintenance. Prepares program updates, reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications while supporting risk mitigation, usage-data accuracy, procurement processes, and ad hoc business operations initiatives. Collaborates cross-functionally with IT and other partner teams and tracks contract lifecycle milestones through completion.
