The Assistant Brand Manager ROW 3rd Party Distributors is an execution focused role responsible for bringing brand, innovation, and commercial plans to life across Rest of World (ROW) markets operated through third party distributors. Reporting into the Senior Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and with strong attention to detail.
This is a hands on role for an early career professional who thrives on organization, follow through, and collaboration. The Assistant Brand Manager is expected to manage multiple workstreams, anticipate risks, and move work forward with confidence, empathy, and a strong focus on results.
• Support day to day project management of third party distributor relationships by coordinating execution, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow up in coordination with the commercialization team. Act as a dependable point of contact for distributor questions related to assets, timelines, and executional needs.
• Execute brand, innovation, and media plans by market, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, approved, and delivered on time. Maintain detailed timelines and proactively flag risks or delays to keep work on track.
• Own the organization, adaptation, and distribution of distributor ready brand toolkits, including brand books, POS materials, and social media guidelines. Coordinate with agencies and internal partners to support trans creation and approval workflows.
• Partner closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Commercialization, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to gather inputs, align deliverables, and support smooth execution of initiatives across markets.
• Work alongside the Business Development team by region to support market launches, portfolio updates, and distributor execution. Prepare materials, track commitments, and help ensure agreed actions are delivered as planned.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across budgets, trackers, presentations, and reporting. Ensure information is current, clearly communicated, and ready for senior level review.

- Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, project management, or commercial roles; CPG experience a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced, global environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English required. Bilingual preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 15 to 20% of the time
