We need an English-fluent Senior Fullstack Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Python/Django, and GraphQL.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient product features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and customer support, to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure application stability by debugging and fixing production issues quickly and effectively.
  • Contribute to system reliability by understanding and supporting AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Participate in asynchronous development workflows, including code reviews and pull requests.
  • Work independently, managing priorities and delivering high-quality solutions without the need for micromanagement.
  • Continuously improve code quality, performance, and development best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer
  • Strong fullstack background with: React (frontend), GO, Python/Django (backend) and GraphQL (good working knowledge).
  • Exposure to DevOps, with the ability to:
    • Understand AWS systems and infrastructure
    • Debug environment and deployment issues
    • Keep systems stable and running smoothly
  • Strong debugging skills, particularly in diagnosing and resolving production issues

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,800 - $5,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
