We need an English-fluent ServiceNow Consultant – IRM (Integrated Risk Management), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
  • Configure and enhance IRM modules including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Controls Management, Automated Risk Assessments and Issue Management workflows.
  • Develop and customize business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, workflows, Flow Designer components, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and maintenance across deployed ServiceNow modules.
  • Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and platform scalability guidelines.
  • Support testing activities, including unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution design discussions.
  • Document configurations, customizations, and technical solutions clearly and thoroughly.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in implementation and support environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
  • Demonstrated experience configuring Risk frameworks, Policy lifecycle management, Compliance controls and Automated assessment workflows
  • Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), FSM (Field Service Management) and HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (server-side and client-side scripting within ServiceNow)
  • Experience with Flow Designer,  Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs and data security models
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement and platform evolution initiatives.
  • Certifications (Required):

          ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

          ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

          ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS- CSM)

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This is a two-month project with the possibility of extension based on client needs.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
