We need an English-fluent 3D Modeler, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Receive 2D floor plans, elevations, and interior inspiration materials from clients
- Create comprehensive 3D models covering both interior and exterior in SketchUp
- Deliver outputs following the company's specific file parameters and formatting standards
- Manage multiple projects at varying scales (small to large square footage)
- Participate in onboarding sessions to align with internal quality and output standards
- Communicate progress and flag any blocking issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in 3D modeling (professional or agency setting)
- Expert-level proficiency in SketchUp — this is non-negotiable
- Proven ability to create full interior AND exterior 3D models (not just one or the other)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality residential or commercial 3D modeling
- Ability to follow specific output parameters and file delivery standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good English communication skills — written and spoken
It´s a Plus:
- Experience with rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape, or similar)
- Background in interior design, architecture, or a related field
- Experience working with US-based design or visualization firms
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,800 - $2,300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
