We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Lead Generation Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound lead generation efforts through direct phone outreach to business owners.
  • Execute cold calling campaigns based on a provided sales process and scripts.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads for business acquisition opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Utilize sales intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Outreach to source and manage leads.
  • Engage with decision-makers and C-level executives in a professional and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets related to lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or sales.
  • C1 English, Strong proficiency in English, with a neutral or minimal accent.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, big plus.
  • Experience engaging with U.S.-based business owners and C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Ability to navigate sales intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach).
  • Strong conversational skills with the ability to handle objections and build rapport.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and results-driven mindset.
  • Prior experience working in a remote or international team setting is a plus.
  • Availability to work in time zones aligned with U.S. business hours (preferably Central or Eastern Time).

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position will start with a trial period of 3 months, depending on your performance, and will be extended as a long-term contract.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
