Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements in the medical device sector.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a reusable design system to ensure consistency across medical device software products.
- Provide UX solutions and recommendations to enhance usability and the overall user experience.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices within the healthcare and medical device domains.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web-based information systems.
- Previous experience designing software solutions for the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
- Strong expertise in user flows, wireframing, mockups, interactive prototyping, and responsive web design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, InVision, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and UI component libraries.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and SASS.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively work within cross-functional and Agile teams.
