About This Role
We are looking for 3D artists, animators, and designers who use Blender professionally — for films, games, product visualization, or creative projects.
What You'll Do
Use your professional software to complete realistic work tasks
Record your screen while performing the tasks
Submit your recordings to help train AI models
Follow written task instructions provided by our team
Example Tasks
Modeling objects, characters, or environments
Rigging and animating 3D scenes
Rendering and compositing
Geometry nodes, shading, or simulation workflows
Requirements
Professional experience with Blender
Ability to perform realistic, professional-level workflows in the software
Written English proficiency
Ability to record your screen (any screen recording software is fine)
Ability to follow written task instructions
Details
Remote — work from anywhere
Flexible hours — complete tasks on your own schedule
Contract / freelance engagement
$150 - $250 per hour
