We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm

Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Email Marketing Coordinator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Perform meticulous quality assurance (QA) checks on all email setups, verifying content, links, formatting, and audience segmentation.
  • Load and manage audience lists for various campaigns, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist in conducting test sends, monitor results, and schedule final campaign deployments upon approval.
  • Ensure all automated and ad‑hoc emails are sent accurately, on schedule, and according to established guidelines.
  • Generate production‑ready email templates in Stripo based on briefs, brand guidelines, and example references.
  • Build reusable, modular content blocks (headers/footers, product cards, CTAs, disclaimers) for rapid assembly.
  • Ensure templates are responsive and render correctly across major clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail), including dark mode behavior.
  • Implement merge tags/variables and document required inputs for each template.
  • Maintain a versioned template library with clear naming conventions and change logs.
  • Accurately load and organize vehicle information and other assets into templates.
  • Maintain a preflight QA checklist: links/UTMs, images/alt text, subject/preview text, footer/compliance, view-in-browser, unsubscribe.
  • Render tests across key clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) and devices; include dark mode and mobile checks.
  • Validate tracking: UTMs, click tracking, and any Orbee-specific pixels/tokens
  • Track and document email campaign schedules, key performance metrics, and results.
  • Organize and maintain all email marketing documentation for easy access by the team.
  • Provide essential administrative and operational support for all email marketing requests, helping the team stay on top of deadlines and recurring tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience supporting email marketing operations is required.
  • Worked directly with tools such as Stripo, SendGrid, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo to build, deploy, and monitor email campaigns.
  • Email HTML/CSS familiarity (tables, inline styles, image handling) is a must.
  • Experience in B2C email campaigns.
  • Skilled in audience segmentation, QA processes, test sends, and validating UTMs and tracking links to ensure accurate performance attribution.
  • Comfortable working with responsive email templates and optimizing for rendering across major email clients (eg. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) and devices.

It´s a Plus:

  • Understanding of email client quirks: dark mode, mobile vs desktop, and rendering differences across inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).
  • Automotive industry familiarity; comfort working across time zones.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.

Here are the steps for this process:
Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.

Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume. If it meets the requirements, we will contact you and move forward in the process.

Note for Candidates Approached Directly:
If you were contacted directly by a member of our team and are interested in this opportunity, please do not apply through this link. Instead, reach out to the person who contacted you to coordinate a meeting.
