We need an English-fluent Senior Manager of Operations, based in Mexico, El Salvador, Colombia, Peru or Chile, available to work remotely.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day multi-site operations across diverse client locations, ensuring excellence in safety, scheduling, quality, and cost control.
  • Manage and support field teams and subcontractors, resolving on-site issues in coordination with project management (PM) and environmental health and safety (EHS) partners.
  • Direct and support the installation and maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic/distribution equipment (RDE), including conveyors, robotics, racking, and control systems.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and deliver progress and risk reports to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety and technical training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives across all sites.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of operations experience in facilities, logistics, or industrial settings. E-commerce network experience is preferred.
  • Proven expertise with MHE/RDE systems and strong, hands-on leadership in active site environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-state teams and vendor networks.
  • Proficiency with project and maintenance management tools such as Asana, ServiceChannel, and UpKeep.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • A valid U.S. visa is required.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
