We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm

Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Senior Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and adapt design toolkits into retailer-ready assets including PDP imagery, e-commerce brand stores, display ads, circulars, emails, shelf blades, and retail media units.
  • Uphold exceptionally high craft standards-ensuring brand consistency, visual clarity, and adherence to individual retailer guidelines.
  • Produce static and lightweight motion or dynamic assets across digital and print formats.
  • Conduct detailed QC checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with the brief, sizing, layout, brand and retailer requirements.
  • Review and refine work produced by designers, providing clear direction and actionable feedback.
  • Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and informal leadership to 1-2 designers.
  • Help cultivate a collaborative, growth-oriented studio environment that values consistency, efficiency, and continuous skill development.
  • Inspire and coach designers to deliver designs that exceed expectations.
  • Work within established studio workflows and asset-management systems to ensure timely, accurate, and organized file delivery.
  • Flag capacity needs and participate in resource planning with the Design Director when workloads shift.
  • Partner closely with Unite Field Teams, U.S. account leads, and the NY Concept team to clarify briefs, interpret feedback, and ensure alignment across markets.
  • Ensure seamless hand-offs by translating conceptual guidance into execution-ready layouts and production files.
  • Build clean, visually compelling presentations and mock-ups for internal reviews and retailer sell-in meetings.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and precisely, maintaining quality under tight timelines.
  • Work with U.S. team members to quickly edit and refine high-quality presentation slide decks for retailer priorities.
  • When requested, contribute to early design exploration, visual territory development, or rapid concepting aligned to insights, brand positioning, and retailer needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in design or art direction within CPG, shopper marketing, retail, or e-commerce creative environments.
  • Strong understanding of (or desire to develop expertise in) U.S. commerce channels and retailer guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert toolkits into multi-channel asset suites with pixel- perfect execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with working knowledge of After Effects and Figma.
  • Interest in and knowledge of evolving AI tools and platforms.
  • Experience guiding junior team members and providing constructive design feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating remotely across time zones.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,800 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.

Here are the steps for this process:
Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.
