Overview

The ABM & Integrated Campaigns Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of targeted, multi-channel account-based marketing (ABM) programs and integrated demand campaigns. You’ll own the strategy that connects sales, marketing, and product teams to engage high-value enterprise accounts and drive qualified pipeline growth across Hypori’s commercial and regulated markets.

You’ll build and orchestrate personalized buyer journeys that combine digital, social, content, events, and executive engagement—aligning every campaign to specific buying groups and enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities

ABM Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs targeting large regulated and mobile enterprises (e.g., DIB, finance, healthcare, energy, and critical infrastructure).
  • Partner with sales, SDRs, and product marketing to define target account lists, ICPs, and segmentation strategies.
  • Develop personalized messaging, creative, and content experiences for key personas and buying groups within priority accounts.
  • Coordinate digital and offline ABM tactics—including targeted ads, social amplification, direct mail, executive outreach, and thought leadership content.
  • Direct the ABM agency of record to drive campaign deliverables and deliver on targets.

Integrated Campaign Development

  • Lead cross-channel integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch, including messaging, content, media, events, and sales enablement.
  • Align campaign narratives to Hypori’s portfolio themes (e.g., BYOD transformation, secure mobile productivity, virtual devices, virtual workspace security, and secure messaging).
  • Collaborate with content, digital, and PR teams to ensure consistency across owned, earned, and paid media.
  • Manage campaign calendars, workflows, and budgets to deliver on KPIs.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Establish campaign goals and measure success through pipeline contribution, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Partner with RevOps to track performance at account and segment levels.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and report on campaign elements—creative, offers, targeting, and channel mix.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, services, and product teams—ensuring full alignment around account goals and campaign execution.
  • Support sales with account insights, plays, and custom enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with agency and technology partners on ABM tools, advertising, and creative.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in ABM, B2B demand generation, or integrated campaign management—preferably in enterprise mobility/technology or cybersecurity.
  • Proven success with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, RollWorks, or equivalent) and marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles in regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, reporting, and attribution.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting ability, with comfort developing creative briefs and campaign assets.
  • Passion for innovation, emerging tech, and disruptive market positioning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to the Financial Services Industry, Regulated Sectors, Defense Industrial Base, federal agencies, or high-security enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with VMI, MDM, MAM, or secure mobility technologies.
  • Background in pipeline acceleration and sales enablement programs.
  • Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

Pay Range

$150,000 - $170,000 (USD)
