About the Role

Cyberhaven is looking for a Senior ABM Marketing Specialist to support the execution of account-based marketing programs across our highest-value accounts. In this role, you’ll work closely with the ABM Program Manager, sales, SDRs, and content teams to deliver personalized, account-specific experiences that drive engagement, accelerate active opportunities, and contribute directly to pipeline growth. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing ABM strategies to life through thoughtful coordination, strong attention to detail, and close partnership with go-to-market teams.

What You'll Do
  • Support the execution of ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions

  • Create and personalize marketing assets such as emails, one-pagers, outreach templates, and gifting materials

  • Coordinate direct mail, digital campaigns, and event follow-up for targeted accounts

  • Partner closely with SDRs and AEs by providing account insights, messaging support, and content kits for outreach

  • Prepare regular engagement summaries and updates for priority accounts

  • Set up and manage targeted email sequences and nurture programs in HubSpot or a similar platform

  • Assist with tracking and reporting on account engagement using ABM and marketing tools

  • Coordinate audience segmentation, list management, and campaign reporting updates

  • Support the execution of field events, webinars, and executive experiences, including promotion and follow-up

  • Track key performance indicators such as account engagement, meetings created, and campaign performance

  • Share insights, learnings, and recommendations to continuously improve ABM programs and execution

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand gen, SDR/BDR, or a similar role.

  • Interest in ABM, account targeting, and personalized marketing campaigns.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with ABM tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Mutiny is a bonus (not required).

  • Creative problem solver with a willingness to learn and grow quickly.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
