Job Description

Years of experience in the field or in a related area as a Senior Business Analyst.

Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation with a strong attention to detail.

Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint).

Experience in documenting business processes, familiar with industry standard business process mapping.

Documents, prepares, and presents solution options, risk identification and analysis.

Experience in documenting detailed descriptions of user needs, Program functions and steps required to implement changes.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Awareness or knowledge of DFPS systems and programs.

Knowledge of Texas Administrative Code, Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) EIR Accessibility Policy, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA related to federal and state accessibility requirements.

Knowledge of industry best practices for accessibility services for digital content and Electronic Information Resources, such as brochures, flyers, webpages, documents, forms, and training materials.
