Position Summary
Provide support to assigned Account Managers and book of business by managing policies, account changes, renewals, rating, and support other areas within the agency, as instructed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process and review policies, issue endorsements, and invoices for the team
  • Process certificates of insurance to support our client's ongoing operations
  • Assist Account Managers with system updates and client support as needed
  • Stay informed of company and industry procedures
  • Regularly document all activities and correspondence 
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Acquiring state licensing, once hired
  • Passion and dedication for continued learning
  • A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology
