The Account-Based Marketing Specialist engages stakeholders in strategic accounts, develops persona maps, and executes marketing activities to generate business opportunities and support lead transitions within the sales pipeline.
The Sr Marketing Specialist, Pipeline Development (internally recognized as the (Sr. Account-Based Marketing Specialist) leads strategic account development initiatives for Aledade’s highest-value prospects. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing account-based marketing strategies that drive company growth and market expansion. This position possesses substantial authority to make high-impact decisions regarding account selection, resource allocation, campaign design, and execution with minimal oversight. The Specialist directly influences business operations through the creation of account-specific value propositions and active management of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US.
Primary Duties
- Directs the development and continuous improvement of integrated marketing campaigns, using analytical skills and market intelligence to drive operational decision-making.
- Leads comprehensive analysis of target accounts, identifying business opportunities and crafting account penetration strategies.
- Exercises authority in prioritizing accounts, allocating marketing resources, and establishing account engagement protocols.
- Independently develops content strategies and tactical execution plans tailored to complex buying committees.
- Makes strategic pivots to campaign methodologies based on objective data and market trends.
- Establishes success criteria, evaluates campaign effectiveness, and implements process enhancements that impact revenue growth.
- Identifies, engages, and maps key stakeholders using persona mapping and market research.
- Drives outreach strategies and curates content to nurture high-value prospects from initial contact through qualified opportunity.
- Shares market insights and recommendations with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Designs, optimizes, and enforces protocols for CRM documentation, lead transitions, and collaboration frameworks that streamline business development.
- Advises and supports cross-functional teams in implementing account-based strategies, acting as a subject matter expert within the organization.
- Tracks performance against KPIs, analyzes outcomes, and reports findings to inform future strategy.
- Recommends and implements strategic pivots and process changes that impact company objectives and market share.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in leveraging account-based marketing tactics to generate leads within complex sales environments.
Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and trends with an emphasis on value-based care models.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term professional relationships.
- High level of organization and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and Sales cadence software like Outreach, with proficiency in managing relationships and measuring success
- Proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in dynamic and evolving market landscapes.
Physical Requirements
- Must carry a valid driver’s license and be able to drive within assigned territory
- Must be able to travel via plane when needed
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
- Standing or walking for hours at a time and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
