Your day at a glance:

You will develop, implement, and scale a comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) program while ensuring consistent coordination between marketing, sales development, and field sales teams. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building, leading, and evolving the regional ABM playbook, ensuring repeatable, scalable execution
  • Designing and managing highly personalized, multi-channel ABM campaigns across paid media, email, digital experiences, events, and sales-aligned outreach
  • Developing and applying account insights and intent signals to inform targeting, messaging, and campaign execution
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales teams to align on account strategy, outreach sequencing, and follow-up motions that drive engagement and deal progression
  • Collaborating with corporate digital marketing teams to build and maintain account intelligence dashboards, integrating data from our martech stack to guide targeting and personalization
  • Serving as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing, coordinating communication, expectations, and feedback loops
  • Defining and tracking key account-based metrics to assess campaign success, optimize performance, and refine strategies for scaling ABM efforts
  • Communicating ABM strategy, progress, and results to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

What makes you a great fit:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on account-based marketing
  • Proven experience building successful account-based marketing programs from the ground up and in collaboration with sales development and field sales teams 
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and prioritization skills—able to turn ideas into action through other teams and in alignment with business objectives
  • Proven success in partnering with sales teams, internal marketing groups, and digital marketing agencies to develop strategies, align on targets, and drive measurable business impact
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for results
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and project management platforms (we use Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Wrike, and ZoomInfo)

An asset if you have:

  • ITSMA certification or equivalent 
  • Background in the security or technology industry 
  • Familiarity with channel sales models
