The Account/Campaign Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our growing Home Services Campaign Management team. Working closely with the Campaign Manager, this position will help drive successful campaign execution by combining relationship management, strategic planning, and operational coordination. They will serve as an additional point of contact for internal and external partners, collaborating cross-functionally with teams including Analytics, Finance, Compliance, and Legal, as well as our third-party sales offices. 

The ideal candidate will leverage their account support experience to strengthen relationships, troubleshoot and resolve escalations, identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies, and ensure key initiatives remain on track. Success in this role requires strong communication and organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple teams and priorities. We're seeking candidates who are proactive, solutions-oriented, enjoys building strong partnerships while keeping projects moving forward.


The Basics:

  • Location: Remote / Work from Home (U.S. Only)
  • Compensation: $55,000-$65,000/year
  • Travel: Up to 10%
  • Reports to: Campaign Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as additional point of contact for assigned clients managing communications and campaign related issues ensuring the client’s needs are met while aligning with company objectives
  • Daily account support such as office and sales rep onboarding/offboarding, asset management, leads & permits, incentive management, troubleshooting, compliance, and meeting client’s standards
  • Communicate with the field’s team’s key leaders regarding program metrics/KPIs, expansion opportunities, offer and product updates, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Create and maintain account documents such as Standard Operation Procedures, Action Item Logs, and Program Welcome Emails in the Project Management Tool
  • Follow company guidelines and best practices for responsible AI use and data security 
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support team and organizational priorities 

What You'll Bring - Core Competencies:

  • Project and Account Coordination: 2+ years of project or campaign support experience, with strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients
  • Systems & Tools: Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and case management/reporting tools; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred
  • Problem Solving & Initiative: Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and a focus on resolving issues, improving processes, and driving efficiency
  • AI & Tech Fluency: Comfortable using AI-assisted tools (e.g., reconciliation support, reporting, data analysis) to boost accuracy and efficiency, while knowing when a task needs hands-on review
