Boundless is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Account Coordinator to support the successful execution of branded merchandise programs while delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Account Coordinator partners closely with Account Managers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate client requests, product sourcing, quoting, artwork approvals, inventory programs, ecommerce solutions, and project execution. This role plays an integral part in ensuring client programs move efficiently from concept through order placement while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

They are proactive, detail-oriented, and take pride in supporting both clients and teammates while continuously building their knowledge of the promotional products industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Account Support
- Partner with Account Managers to support the day-to-day execution of client programs and promotional merchandise initiatives.
- Assist with client requests by gathering information, preparing quotes, researching products, and coordinating follow-up activities.
- Help ensure client expectations are met through timely communication and responsive support.
- Participate in client meetings as appropriate while building an understanding of client businesses and brand standards.
Product Sourcing & Program Coordination
- Research products and suppliers to identify solutions that align with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare supplier quote requests and compare pricing, availability, and production capabilities.
- Coordinate artwork approvals and project documentation prior to order submission.
- Support inventory programs, online company stores, fulfillment initiatives, and special client projects.
- Maintain accurate project records and supporting documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Account Managers, Sales Order Coordinators, Creative, Operations, Accounting, and supplier partners.
- Communicate project requirements clearly to support efficient workflow and successful execution.
- Coordinate project activities while proactively identifying and communicating potential issues.
- Contribute ideas that improve team efficiency and the overall client experience.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule while managing multiple priorities.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support a collaborative, team-first culture by assisting wherever needed to deliver successful client outcomes.
Industry Expertise
- Develop a strong understanding of promotional products, supplier capabilities, decoration methods, ecommerce solutions, and branded merchandise programs.
- Stay informed about new products, suppliers, and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to expand industry knowledge and professional skills.
Qualifications:
- Typically 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, operations, promotional products, or a related field.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systems is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Other Specifications:
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Position is based in-office in Austin with the potential for a hybrid schedule.
